Client Services Manual

Federal law requires the Division to maintain a client services manual that establishes policies and procedures for the administration of the state/federal vocational rehabilitation services program. These written policies cover the nature and scope of vocational rehabilitation services provided for in the law.

Changes to the client services manual are subject to a thorough review process which includes a 30-day public comment period and a public meeting.
