The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) helps high school students and adults with disabilities set work goals and develop career plans. We assist individuals, ages 14 and up, to overcome barriers so they can obtain or maintain employment. Our specially trained rehabilitation professionals can help you evaluate your skills and interests so you can succeed in the workplace.

DRS rehabilitation professionals also aid West Virginia’s businesses and employers by being the leading employment resource to include or to retain people with disabilities in their workforce.
