The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is proud to recognize Moorefield Shop ’n Save as a Runner-Up Employer Award recipient for their outstanding collaboration and dedication to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Moorefield Shop ’n Save partnered with Rise Now, LLC to support the successful onboarding of a DRS consumer. The employer took extra time and thoughtful consideration in determining the tasks the employee would perform, ensuring that the work aligned with his abilities and goals. Throughout the process, they maintained open communication with Rise Now, demonstrating a genuine commitment to supporting both the employee and the success of the partnership.
