The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) will hold a public meeting and a public comment period to allow for public input on:

  • The two-year modification to the Vocational Rehabilitation Portion of the WV Combined State Plan (effective dates 7/1/26-6/30/28)
  • The reopening of Order of Selection Category 02 (individuals with significant disabilities) on 2/1/26 and the reopening of Order of Selection Category 03 (individuals with non-significant disabilities) on 5/1/26.
  • Proposed changes to the agency’s training policy to increase the maximum amount of support for postsecondary training programs including the third and fourth years of a baccalaureate program and graduate programs effective 7/1/26

 

Written public comments must be submitted to the agency during the public comment period (1/26/26-2/24/26) by February 24, 2026 in any of the following ways:
